Shipping policy

Who ships your order Hidden Merch is a marketplace of independent bands and labels. Each seller ships their own items directly to you. If you buy from more than one seller, your items will arrive in separate parcels, possibly on different days.

Dispatch times Most orders are dispatched within 14 business days. Because many of our sellers are working musicians who tour, some items may take a little longer — if a seller is away, their expected dispatch time is shown on the product or at checkout. If anything is delayed, email merchmarket@hiddenagenda.nl and we'll chase it up.

Shipping costs and destinations Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the seller and your delivery address. We currently ship to [the Netherlands / EU / countries you choose].

Tracking Where a seller provides tracking, you'll receive it by email once your order ships.

Problems If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, contact merchmarket@hiddenagenda.nl and we'll sort it out with the seller.
