Refund policy

Your right to cancel (14 days) If you're a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The 14 days start the day after you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. If an order arrives in several parcels, the period starts the day after the last item arrives.

How to cancel or return Email hiddenmerch@hiddenagenda.nl with your order number and let us know what you'd like to return. We'll confirm the return address (items are held by the individual seller, so we'll give you the right one). You then have 14 days from telling us to send the item back.

Condition of returned items Please return items unused and in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. You may handle an item as you would in a shop to check it, but items showing use beyond that may have their refund reduced.

Refunds Once the seller receives and checks the returned item, we'll refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method. We may hold the refund until the item is back with us or you've shown proof of return, whichever is sooner. Original standard shipping costs are refunded; any extra you paid for a faster shipping option is not.

Return shipping costs You cover the cost of returning an item, unless it arrived damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong thing (see below).

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us within a reasonable time at hiddenmerch@hiddenagenda.nl with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund including return postage — your statutory rights (including the EU legal guarantee of conformity) are unaffected.

Items that can't be returned Made-to-order or personalised items, and any goods sealed for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed, can't be returned unless faulty.

Marketplace note Hidden Merch is a marketplace: your purchase contract is with Stichting Hidden Agenda, and we coordinate returns and refunds on your behalf with the seller. Whatever the item, deal with us — hiddenmerch@hiddenagenda.nl — and we'll handle it.
